RichWang Kicks ships worldwide with tracking. We focus on careful packing, clear order communication, QC support when requested, and practical after-sales support.
Shipping Process
1. After payment is confirmed, we check your order details, selected size, and shipping information.
2. If QC is requested, QC photos or a short video can be provided before shipping.
3. After QC is completed, the item is packed carefully to help protect the shoes, box, and accessories during international transit.
4. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available.
5. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Estimated Delivery Time
For many regular sneaker orders shipped to the United States, delivery usually takes about 7-12 days after dispatch, depending on the route and carrier situation.
Some packages may arrive faster when the route is stable, but fast delivery is not guaranteed.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier route, customs processing, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Special Products
Some special products, oversized items, LED styles, or products with electronic components may require extra handling time or a different shipping route. These orders may take longer than regular sneaker orders.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after the package leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-72 hours for carrier updates to show.
