Yes. QC photos or video are available before shipping when requested. Contact support after ordering with your order number and email.
When will my order ship?
After your order is confirmed, we check the order details, prepare the item, complete QC when requested, pack the order carefully, and dispatch it with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier route, customs processing, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions. Tracking will be provided after dispatch.
Can I change my size or address?
If the order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the package has shipped.
